I. General Conditions
All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.
Check-in: from 15:00 hrs.
Check-out: until 11:00 hrs.
Guests may leave a cash deposit of up to €100 per person at check-in, which will be returned at check-out once the flat has been checked. This deposit will be used to cover any loss or damage, material or personal, that you may cause to the Super Mario Houses property during your stay. In this case, Super Mario Houses reserves the right to provisionally withhold this deposit until the facts have been fully investigated. If it is found that the user has acted directly or indirectly in relation to the facts that caused such damage, Super Mario Houses will definitively withhold the amount necessary to cover such damage, regardless of any other legal measures it deems necessary to take to hold the user civilly and/or criminally liable.
The maximum capacity for Casa dos Moínhos is 8 people.
No animals are allowed, otherwise we will not check the client in.
Complaints will only be accepted if they are made during the client’s stay and addressed to the management in writing.
Electronic payments may be subject to a minimum amount that is displayed in the unit.
II. Cancellation/Modification Conditions
The client may cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The client will be charged the full price of the reservation if they cancel within 60 days prior to arrival. If the customer does not turn up, they will be charged the full price of the booking.

Our customers and visitors have different privacy concerns and can at any time review, update and decide what type of data they wish to see stored. The data controller can be contacted directly via email at geral@supermariohouses.com and you can request a copy of your data at any time, withdraw consent, rectify, erase, limit, port and oppose the processing of your data. To consult and control certain types of information associated with your account, obtain information, view and edit your preferences, request the deletion or portability of your personal data, simply send an e-mail to the above address and Escala Abastada, Lda. may require the request in writing (via CTT) in order to authenticate the veracity of the request. It should also be emphasised that the subsequent withdrawal of consent does not compromise the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of your initial consent.
HOW LONG IS THE DATA STORED FOR?
The period of time for which data is stored and retained varies according to the purpose for which the information is processed.
Personal data is kept until its intended purpose is exhausted, and is deleted 5 years after the customer’s last interaction with our services.
In fact, there are legal requirements that oblige us to keep data for a minimum period of time. Therefore, whenever there is no specific legal requirement, the data will only be stored and kept for the minimum period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed, or for the period of time authorised by the National Data Protection Commission, after which it will be deleted.
Personal data collected as part of certain more personalised activities, possibly of a more sensitive nature, such as babysitting services, will be deleted immediately after the end of the activity or at the end of the stay if the guest consents to this second condition.
HOW CAN YOU OBJECT TO RECEIVING CONTACTS FOR MARKETING PURPOSES?
Escala Abastada, Lda. may promote actions to publicise new products or services to its Customers by telephone, e-mail, SMS or any other electronic communications service, unless the Customer has objected when the data was collected.
If you do not wish to receive these communications, you can object at any time to the use of your data for marketing purposes, for sending informative communications or for inclusion in lists or information services, as mentioned in the previous point.
WHAT MEASURES HAVE BEEN ADOPTED TO ENSURE THE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Personal information is requested from you when you book online or at the hotel. Please note that all your personal information will only be used to make your booking. Your contact details are also used in our database to send you information about promotions in our newsletter with your express consent. Your data will not be passed on to third parties, but only for the exclusive internal use of Super Mario Houses.

When you visit our website, a small text file (Cookie) is created and saved on your computer’s disc.
